Personality
Daniella is a lovely, confident pony, who is generally good to handle. She has spent many years attending shows and events and has had a successful ridden carer. We feel she has now thoroughly earned her retirement. She may need a little time to get to know her handlers and does not like to be over-fussed.
Health and Training
Health Status:
Daniella is on daily medication as she has Pituitary pars intermedia dysfunction (PPID), also known as equine Cushing's disease, which affects the pituitary gland in horses. She is being rehomed on our Prime Pastures scheme, where we can contribute towards the cost of her veterinary care. She will need her grazing to be managed to avoid obesity and Laminitis.
Training Level:
She is good with vet and farrier. She enjoys going for walks and other forms of enrichment.
Daniella's Past
Daniella came to us as part of a merger with another charity in 2018. We don’t have many details of her life before that.

Daniella can be left alone but would need to build up slowly in a new environment.
