Part-time Supporter Care Advisor
About the Role
This role is part-time, working Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8.30 a.m. – 2.00 p.m. and is based at Olympus Business Park in Newton Abbot.
This is a permanent position with an annual salary of £24,666 per annum pro rata.
What will you be doing?
You’ll help keep things running smoothly by following office procedures and training guidelines.
You’ll be the friendly face behind efficiently handling incoming mail.
Using our Vector EPOS system, you’ll process ‘New Goods’ orders and keep things ticking along.
You’ll provide top-notch customer service, making sure our supporters feel heard and valued whether they reach out by phone or email.
Handling various types of donations (cash, cheque, and card) will be a breeze, with a careful eye to ensure accurate records in our CRM database.
Our supporter database will be in good hands as you help maintain its integrity through necessary tasks.
You’ll be our go-to expert on compliance with the Fundraising Regulator code of practice and data protection regulations.
When it comes to administrative tasks, you’ll be there to lend a hand whenever needed.
You won’t be doing it alone; you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from the Fundraising and Communications team, helping gather content for campaigns and making sure events run smoothly.

The Mare and Foal Sanctuary is the largest equine welfare charity in the South West peninsula dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of horses and ponies who have suffered neglect, abuse and trauma. We also deliver a range of Equine Assisted Services with our rescued horses and ponies.
