Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. All entries into the prize draw competition are made by returning the Supporter Survey by post as part of our Spring Newsletter mailing.
2. There will be one winner of the prize draw, selected at random, who will receive a box of Mare and Foal Sanctuary items. There will be only one prize.
3. Entries are limited to one entry per person.
4. The ‘entrant’ is the person whose name is identified on the survey.
5. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
6. The Mare and Foal Sanctuary reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The Mare and Foal Sanctuary’s control makes it necessary to do so.
7. The winner will be notified by phone or letter (see our privacy policy) within 10 working days of the draw taking place.
8. The Mare and Foal Sanctuary will not be responsible for and accepts no liability beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
   a. any postponement or cancellation of the promotion
   b. problems with the dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient)
   c. The prize is subject to change and availability. The prize cannot be exchanged for any monetary value.
9. The result of the prize draw is final and the Mare and Foal Sanctuary’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Mare and Foal Sanctuary is the promoter of the prize. This prize draw is not connected with or sponsored by any other company.
