We are delighted to partner with a range of local wellness and creative experts to develop a special programme focused on rest, reflection, and reconnecting with nature. These events take place at our beautiful equine reserves, surrounded by our herds of rescued horses and ponies.
Each day will be unique, offering a mix of relaxing activities such as gentle yoga, guided meditation, a deeply nourishing sound bath, foraging walks to discover wild nutrition, wood carving, hand-building clay sculptures, and calming storytelling.
You’ll also have the opportunity to explore how natural horse behaviour can support our own emotional wellbeing, and we’ll enjoy a delicious, nutritious plant-based lunch together as part of the experience.
