As the wheel of the year turns and we arrive at winter’s deepest point, we invite you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Led by SoundFlow Collective, this soul-nourishing retreat is an opportunity to pause, rest and realign with nature’s rhythm.

Immerse yourself in a carefully curated experience designed to support your inner restoration:

• Time for journaling and personal reflection
• A deeply restorative therapeutic sound bath

All held in the tranquil presence of rescued horses and ponies, with an opportunity to learn more about the important sanctuary work and witness the herd in their natural rhythm of rest and play. Weather permitting, we’ll also take a mindful walk through the surrounding fields.

Your retreat includes a nourishing plant-based lunch, plus hot chocolate and homemade cake to close the day in comfort and warmth. A portion of the fee directly supports the ongoing care of the sanctuary’s horses and ponies.
