Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of The Mare and Foal Sanctuary, this retreat-style day offers a chance to slow down, reconnect and experience the profound calm that comes from being alongside horses.  

Beginning with gentle meditation and intention setting in the presence of a herd, the day unfolds through guided breath work, restorative yoga, immersive sound healing and a shared seasonal lunch.  

Horses have an extraordinary ability to mirror our emotions and invite us into the present moment, teaching us about trust, grounding, authenticity and emotional balance without words. Spending time in their quiet, intuitive company can help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system and create a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and the natural world.  

This is a nourishing day of reflection, restoration and learning from the wisdom of our rescued horses and ponies.
